A concept plan has been prepared for the BCA, which includes a Primary Conservation Zone (PCZ), containing the most important resources, surrounded by a Conservation Interface Zone (CIZ). This will provide for a multi-purpose conservation area comprised of undisturbed conservation areas as well as visitor, educational, recreational and related activities.
